The eCommerce division was born during the pandemic when we lost 90% of our core B2B distribution business. With little knowledge or experience of B2C markets and eCommerce, the team was able to organically grow the business to a small, but profitable operation. Now, however, it is time to find that person to take us to the next level. This position is responsible for the entirety of the eCommerce division. The person must have a flexible mindset as this is closer to a startup than an established business, therefore, requiring to wear many hats until things are set up properly. It is a great fit for someone with an eCommerce background and an entrepreneurial mindset but does not want to take the financial risk to start their own business.

Essential Duties

  • Responsible for managing the business – strategically, operationally and financially
  • Hire and/or manage agencies to help with all aspects of eCommerce including digital marketing, social media and other branding activities.
  • Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.
  • Develop and manage supply chains to ensure continuity and maintain margins.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop personnel to support business growth.
  • Develop a culture of success and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Hours, Working style: 5:00 – 14:00

Salary, Benefit: 70K – 90K + Bonus(Up to 50%)

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Holidays

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years working in a manager-level role, ideally with P&L responsibility.
  • BS degree or advanced degree in marketing or information technology
  • Direct experience in growing e-commerce platforms.
  • Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Eager to take ownership of issues, make decisions and drive results
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Self-starter, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate across departments
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
