Applications are invited for the fixed-term post of Lecturer in Japanese Studies (teaching and scholarship), which is tenable from 1 September 2022 to 31 August 2025.

You must have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field and demonstrable teaching experience, both in-person and online, in Japanese Studies at university level. You must be fluent in English and Japanese. Some involvement in the Residence Abroad coordination activities of the department will be non-negotiable. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to empathise with students.
