The ACCJ Communications Director is responsible for handling all matters related to ACCJ communications, including the development and implementation of strategy, the execution of communications campaigns that engage members and key stakeholders, and the oversight and management of communications content and material. The Communications Director works with the ACCJ leadership and management team to:

  • Ensure that the ACCJ’s brand, key milestones, and positions are reflected in all communications accurately, consistently, and with the highest quality, supporting the ACCJ’s ability to achieve its mission and position itself as the pre-eminent resource on American business in Japan.
  • Develop communications strategies and utilize communications tools to effectively 1) meet the needs of and engage current and future members and 2) build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media, government, and other business organizations.
