Tofugu is seeking a remote part-time Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support for its Japanese language learning properties – Tofugu and Wanikani. In this role, you will be responsible for helping people to learn how to learn Japanese, whether that’s helping them learn how to use WaniKani, suggesting a Tofugu article that solves their problem, or even just giving some of your own advice.

The role will be 20-25 hrs a week, and there may be a weekend shift. The customer support team is very small and works in different timezones. During onboarding, the specialist will be working closely with the lead on the west coast. The role is remote, but you must be based in a North American timezone. Nice-to-have: WaniKani user experience and higher than JLPT N5
