We’re in search of a creative, curious, optimistic and resourceful Senior Copywriter to develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns and content for a wide range of clients. You have a big imagination, strong visual ideas to compliment your mastery of the written word, and a team-player mentality that’s equal parts assertive and collaborative. You’re driven to solve challenging problems and create engaging messages that make a connection and drive action.

You’ll be working with an intimate team of in-house and freelance creatives on projects for a diverse mix of clients, from a leading cloud computing enterprise (yes, that means you should like learning about complex subjects) to a new direct-to-consumer online diamond retailer. Brand development, integrated campaigns, digital media, content—it’s all up for grabs and it’s all in your wheelhouse.


  • Create original, compelling and emotionally-connected ideas: from top level campaign concepts, display and social advertising, and everything in between.
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of strategists, visual designers, product designers, technologists, account leaders—to bring ideas to life.
  • Develop creative ideas that are grounded in business strategy and insights and demonstrate to clients that we understand their products and marketing challenges
  • Ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
  • Present (and sell) work
  • Contribute to new business activities
  • Partner with your ACD/CD and account team to ensure projects are estimated and scheduled with sufficient time and resources.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings
  • Contribute to new business activities and pitches


  • 2+ years’ experience copywriting and concepting across a range of marketing channels (e.g., ad campaigns, social, email, banners and webpages)
  • Exceptional conceptual and storytelling talent
  • The ability to distill technical content into simple and easy-to-understand messaging
  • Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and traditional media, for B2B and consumer brands
  • A strong and diverse portfolio of original advertising and brand engagement work, including brand, digital, video, and content
  • Expert understanding of creative considerations across website, mobile, online advertising, social media, video, etc. (e.g., social character counts, video storyboarding, email best practices)
  • Attention to detail—whether magical or mundane
  • A die-hard work ethic and killer sense of humor
  • A positive outlook and attitude—no negative nellies, please
  • A collaborative spirit—you work well with different personalities and know how to motivate and inspire your colleagues to operate at their highest potential
  • Ability to prioritize projects (often with competing deadlines). Resourcefulness is golden.
  • Experience and interest in technology
  • Expertise in the following types of projects:
    • Brand messaging (TOV, message framework, brand guidelines)
    • Global integrated digital campaigns (concepts, social, display)
    • Websites (UX/IA a plus!)
    • nurture email programs
    • Content creation, both long and short form (infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
