We’re seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customers and partners, making both sides delighted with Zicasso’s unique matching service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and solve incoming client travel inquiries via email, phone and online.  (Note that this is not a call center job.)
  • You’ll be helping and working with discerning, luxury clients so your responses should be thoughtful and error-free. Interact with clients in a way that builds our relationship with them, and strengthens their confidence in Zicasso.
  • Get to know Zicasso’s global network of travel providers (partners) and determine the best client matches for them.
  • Proactively look for improvement opportunities, and drive change to make these improvements happen.

NOTE: We’re seeking highly-motivated candidates: There’ll be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and keep growing and learning with a strong team of A-players.

Candidates who are seeking a standard 9-to-5 job that coasts along shouldn’t apply.

As part of a small team, either of the roles will wear different hats from time to time; thus a can-do attitude is essential for success.  There’ll be plenty of opportunities to learn from seasoned business executives with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate about travel and have traveled to several international destinations. (However, this job does not require much travel for work.)
  • Have project “ownership” mentality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic; ready and willing to put in extra effort in a start-up environment to drive company success.
  • Detail-oriented and strives to achieve quality, error-free work.
  • Can-do, flexible attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on some weekends.
  • Desirable: Travel industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Location: Mountain View, California. Must live in the Mountain View / San Francisco Bay Area.
