Customized Faculty-Led Programs Team Assistant:
This position is primarily responsible for the following key areas within our customized programs division: receiving and organizing questionnaires, creating proposals and budgets, managing the CFLP Programs list and timeline, and other seasonal projects as necessary. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Customized Faculty-Led Programs.

University Relations Manager:
As part of the marketing and recruitment team, this position assists in meeting and exceeding CISabroad enrollment goals through marketing to and the recruitment of undergraduate students. Reporting to the Senior Director of University Relations and Marketing (SDURM), URMs have the primary responsibility of generating interest in programs offered by CISabroad and converting that interest into applications and enrollments. URM will visit universities in their assigned region of the United States to develop relationships with study abroad offices and academic staff, attend study abroad fairs, recruit students, and collaborate across teams on marketing and other projects.

GW’s Office for Study Abroad is currently seeking a Study Center Program Assistant. This person works closely with study center host universities in Chile, England, France, and Spain as well as with key partners on campus for efforts related to communication and outreach through social media, updating our website and other digital media including Studio Abroad.
