Overview: 

We have an opening in our Drug Safety & Public Health group for a Systems Safety Specialist.  This is a full-time, regular employee role with paid salary, bonus, and benefits.

This System Safety Specialist monitors the System Support electronic mailbox for inquiries and requests, assists in creating/conducting queries, and other duties in Drug Safety Systems.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of database software and drug development processes.
  • We expect a Bachelor degree in a science related field, 2 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry, strong attention to detail, and previous customer support experience desired.
  • We are seeking an individual who is fluent in Japanese and English, both verbal and written, to support drug safety queries from Japan.
