Position: Program Coordinator
Location: NYC
Overview:
The Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Program Coordinator to work closely with the Director in the development and implementation of business operations for the entire program. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for all Academy communications both the registered and prospective students and parents. The position requires 20-30 hours of availability per week with an immediate placement.
- Monitor and organize all facets of the enrollment process, including organizing application materials, tracking tuition payments and providing enrollment reports
- Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
- Answer all phone and email inquiries
- Assist with implementation of the Academy’s communication and marketing plan
- Manage the Academy Facebook page
- Assist in organizing training sessions for staff
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- A strong candidate will have the ability to remain organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain open lines of communications to all administrators involved and be able to present the program to potential registrants in an exciting and engaging manner.
- Strong proficiency in excel and word necessary.
- Experience using Qualtrics, Contribute, Photoshop preferred.

Baruch Leadership Academy is an academically intensive summer program for motivated and talented high school students. The Academy’s five tracks of study are Pre-Med, Global Finance, Entrepreneurship, Financial Engineering and Sophomore Enrichment. The tracks allow students to explore new realms of academia, engross themselves in college planning and standardized test preparation, and better plan for success in their future endeavors.
