Responsibilities: 

(1)Sales
·  Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or
potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
·  Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
·  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising
techniques, etc.
·  Area: North America (Business Trip: 30%)

(2)Customer Service
·  Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
·  Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
·  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

(3)Administration/ General Clerk
· Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence and contracts, scheduling appointments, and organizing
documents.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual
territory analyses.
· Provides records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Knowledge of any of the following is mandatory:
1. Chemical Sales, Trading, Import/Export experience
2. Familiarity or understanding of Japanese culture
3. Native-level English skill
4. Must have a valid US driver’s license

Knowledge of any of the following is preferred:
1. Some Japanese skill or experience in Japan-related business, environment
