Position: Bilingual Japanese Translator

Salary: $17 – $20/hour

Responsibilities:
– Translating Japanese to English and English to Japanese.
– Translating technical and non-technical documents, process manuals, internal communications, programming specifications, design instructions, etc…
Requirements:
*Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese and English.
*Strong understanding of Professional Japanese Business Style
*Strong Technical Understanding
*A strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite package
*Previous translation experience is preferred
*Knowledge of Acrobat Reader is preferred
*Comfortable working in a fun, upbeat, fast-paced environment
*Ability to meet deadlines
*Team oriented
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Have a high school diploma or equivalent
*Have reliable transportation
*Authorized to work in the U.S.
*Consent to and able to pass a drug screen and background check
*All positions are contract position that can last up to 48 weeks (11 months) and then Nintendo requires you to take 8 weeks off. After those 8 weeks, you are welcome to return as long as there is still work available and you left on good standing. There is no guarantee that the project will last the full 48 weeks.
