Bilingual Sales Specialist/Relationship Builder

We’re looking for an experienced bilingual professional who understands the value of strong relationships and mutual understanding.

You should be fluent in English and Japanese, and comfortable talking to a wide range of people in order to cement strong business relationships with decision-makers at various companies. Because about 75% of your time will require travel, we’re looking for someone who is independent, creative, flexible, and dedicated. In this position, interpersonal relationships and cultural understanding are paramount, so you’ll need to be personable and outgoing.

You also will have a strong technical background. We’re seeking a candidate with proven performance in project management, familiarity with OEMs and a solid understanding of the manufacturing environment, including PLC and robotics. You need to be proficient in typical office software packages and have proven organizational skills.

PLC Programmer/Maintenance Technician

We are looking for full-time PLC Programmers and Maintenance Technicians with manufacturing or maintenance experience in an automotive or similar institution.

In this position, you will spend about 75% of your time traveling to support a variety of projects at client sites across North America.

You’ll need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite, be confident in your programming abilities, and be willing to work overtime. Our ideal candidate relishes a challenge, enjoys working in a multicultural environment, and has some experience in robotics, PLC programming, debugging, equipment procurement, relevant maintenance or project management. You will need to be creative, dedicated, and flexible in your support of our project managers in a Japanese/American manufacturing environment.

This position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a full-time project coordinator with a great attitude, in-depth knowledge of office procedures, dogged persistence, expert communication skills, and the utmost discretion. From manpower evaluations to monitoring equipment build schedules, our ideal candidate will be committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure clients have desired equipment on time. As a facilitator of efficient and productive manufacturing, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You’ll need a hands-on understanding of equipment procurement in order to provide the highest quality assistance. Some experience with Toyota Machine Standards is desired, but not required. We’re seeking a candidate with proven performance in project management, familiarity with OEMs and a solid understanding of the manufacturing environment. You need to be proficient in typical office software packages, have proven organizational skills, and be enthusiastic about working across cultural boundaries. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload, so we need a quick learner and great communicator who works well under pressure while being able to discern the forest from the trees.

This position is based in Georgetown, Kentucky. Daily travel is required in state to support manufacturing facilities within 60 miles. Periodic out-of-state travel is very likely, and heavy overtime is expected.
