Job Position: Investment Officer (Full-time, London)

Job Details:

A Japanese organisation is seeing a investment officer who is able to conduct the effective promotion of Japan as an attractive investment destination for UK & Irish companies.

Key Tasks:

  • Assisting with the organisation of information seminars
  • Providing administrative & organisational support for the trade missions
  • Attendance at relevant seminars and functions to foster awareness of the Japanese market and source of new client accounts
  • Development of solid relationships / business development
  • Liaison with Tokyo headquarters and organisational colleagues worldwide to improve the efficiency of operations and client support

    • This will initially start as a temporary position may be extended further. The person must have the ability to organise projects independently with excellent time management, communicative and interpersonal skills; ideally with some Japanese language skills (reading and some speaking) and PC (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access) competency skills.
