JOB: Researcher for Japanese News Co. (Century City, California)

Major Japanese broadcasting company is looking for News Researcher! This company is the overseas branch. With 7 offices in the US., Europe and the Middle East.
They delivers news and entertainment content to Japan through their TV network and the newspaper.

Job Description:

  • Researches and submits potential news topics
  • Develops and maintains information sources
  • Arrange and conducts interviews
  • Coordinates all logistics of television news coverage
  • Travel within western North America Required. (Depending on the flow of news, travel may be either frequent or occasional.)

Requirements :

  • Native English/ Semi-fluent Japanese (Spanish speaking is big plus, but not required)
  • Must have understanding about Japanese culture and ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be flexible with schedule, willing to travel.
  • Some working experiences. News research experience is a big plus!

Location:     Century City, CA
