The following job posting is a job being offered at a law firm. The
main element of the job is that the applicant must have Japanese

Key responsibilities include:
- Must speak, read and write Japanese fluently
- Maintain patent files per Firm procedures
- Prepare and assemble new patent application filings
- Review and independently draft patent prosecution documents (Formal papers, Extension Requests, Amendments,Information Disclosure Statements, Notice of Allowances, Issue Fees, Maintenance Fees, Issued Patents, etc.)
- Prepare check request for Filing Fee
- Prepare pink and white cards
- Prepare transmittal letters
- Maintain monthly status chart of clients’ pending patent applications and request updates from attorney
