Summary:
The SSRC seeks a Senior Program Assistant for its Tokyo office. This hire would be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Abe Fellowship Program under the supervision of the Program Manager in the Tokyo Office. The Abe Fellowship Program encourages international multidisciplinary research on topics of pressing global concern. The program fosters the development of a new generation of researchers interested in policy-relevant topics and willing to become key members of a bilateral and global research network. Fujisankei Communications International (FCI) seeks to fill one position: full-time assistant to our TV development department.
The ideal candidate is a near-native Japanese/English bilingual, written and spoken. This candidate will assist in compiling materials to present to Hollywood executives. Duties include translating TV program material (game shows and comedies) mainly from Japanese to English, as well as, interpreting in meetings between Japanese and American TV executives. Fujisankei Communications International (FCI) seeks a part-time assistant to the general manager.
Duties include office managing and translating (mostly from Japanese to English).
