Established in 2005, Hospitality Partners Group currently operates 53 hotels ad 7 ski resorts across Japan and has been striving to provide Japan’s signature “omotenashi” service to visitors from around the world.

The company is looking for a front desk receptionist for 2 Yokohama locations: 

  • Shin-Yokohama International Hotel 
  • Hotel The Knot Yokohama 

Job Scope: Front-desk receptionist duties, which can include 

  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel 
  • Managing reservations and inquiries (Via phone or online), guest room management 
  • Breakfast service 
  • Ensuring comfort of guests and fulfilling requests 
  • Managing cleanliness and layout of the hotel lobby 
  • Designing stay packages 
  • Conducting meetings with tour companies and other related businesses 
  • Others. 

 

Contract Type: Full-time Employee

Business Hours: According to shifts (8 hours per shift) 

Overtime: Average 10 hours per month 

Annual income: ¥2,500,000 ~ ¥4,000,000 depending on experience

  • Bi-yearly bonus (June, December)
