(3) (Boston) CAPA Marketing Coordinator
• Act as the traffic coordinator by staying abreast of all marketing requests, ensuring that deliverables are timely and on strategy
• Act as the brand champion, ensuring consistency of the CAPA brand internally and externally
• Maintain brand style guide for consistency of brand voice and messaging
• Act as liaison between the various departments across the organization
• Manage the day-to-day updates to CAPA’s main website as well as update and/or create strategic partner microsites
• Research and maintain a clear understanding of content marketing (inbound) best practices and have the ability to effectively use an inbound marketing platform to monitor lead generation and lead nurturing across all marketing campaigns (will require completing a certification training on HubSpot)
• Contribute to the creative process by staying abreast of industry and consumer trends
• Work with print vendors to obtain quotes and determine production schedules
• Prepare packages of marketing materials and ship to overseas centers and to study abroad fairs as requested
• Coordinate logistics of CAPA-led events, conferences, forums, symposia, tradeshows, study abroad fairs, etc.
• Oversee online ad placements across multiple study abroad websites
• Monitor project expenses
• Support the marketing department as needed
Qualifications
Required
• BA degree required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, as a marketing assistant, traffic coordinator, or related function
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Experience managing a website’s backend with a CMS like Drupal or WordPress
• Ability to negotiate with vendors for pricing and timelines
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
• High level of drive, enthusiasm, and flexibility
• A willingness to learn and a desire to continuously improve
• Ability to accept critique and direction, but to also contribute to the big picture
Preferred
• Study abroad experience is a strong plus
• Experience working in an advertising/marketing agency or in-house marketing department is preferred
• Tech savvy with proficiency working with an automated marketing platform like HubSpot is highly desired
Hours
This is a full-time role. Standard hours are 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the study abroad field, additional time beyond regular office hours is to be expected on occasion in this role.
