• To effectively promote, and introduce various Yamamotoyama of America products that are available for purchase to potential clients and customers.
• Upon creating new relationships with clients, it is the responsibility of the sales representative to continuously foster and maintain a positive relationship with their respective clients to ensure each client’s needs and concerns are immediately addressed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Building Relationships
• Work closely with sales representatives from ourcompany’s main distributor (JFC International) who are assigned to their respective territory to help ensureYamamotoyama products are being introduced and purchased by customers.
• Create new relationships by introducing products to potential customers within assigned territory. •To ensure products are being introduced properly, the sales representative will be required to make in-store visits to potential clients (with or without JFC Sales Rep), make follow up telephone calls, perform live demonstrations and presentations of Yamamotoyamaof America Products
Maintain and Foster Positive Client/Customer Relationships
• To ensure the needs of each customer is met, the Sales Representative will be responsible in maintaining and fostering positive relationships with their respective clients.
• Immediately address all customer concerns and complaints and offer solutions to resolve the issue.•Document and report all customer complaints and concerns. Discuss these issues with Sales managerto help find solutions to prevent future occurrences.•Make in-store visits to clients to “check-in” and ensure that we are meeting their product needs.
• Gather information from clients regarding their use of competitor products, service and pricing.
Job Requirements
• Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years experience in Sales, preferably within the food industry, but not required.
• In addition to English, ability to communicate inJapanese and/or Chinese and/or Korean preferred.
• Display strong willingness to learn and seeks to continuously improve and is not easily discouraged.
• Ability to work effectively independently and also beable to function within a team environment.
• Minimum 30% travel requirement to visit clients and customers.
• Have a clean driving record.
Employee Benefits and Compensation
• Annual Salary of $40K-$45K (DOE) + Bonuses

• Sales Representatives will be entitled to use company vehicle to conduct everyday business matters.
