Overview:
Currently, we are staffing ITS World Congress 2014 for client, Tokyo International Planning, and are looking to hire a few talent to work. The deadline for hiring is Friday, August 8, so we are in a bit of a time crunch. The staff would be welcoming attendees to the booth, scheduling meetings for clients, scanning badges and creating in a smooth overall flow of the booth space.
The pay rate is $28/hour. The opportunity will be held at Cobo Hall, 1 Washington Boulevard Detroit, MI 48224.
The following are the days and times that will be required.
Dates/Times:
9/7 Training – 12pm-5pm
9/8 10am-6:30pm
9/9 8:30am-4:30pm
9/10 8:30am – 4:30pm
9/11 8:30am-12pm
In order to be considered, we ask that candidates fulfill the date/time requirements, as well as the language requirements.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for staff that are both fluent in English and Japanese.
