Position: Student Services Rep

Overview:
Manage student housing options including student residences and homestay hosts. Allocate students to appropriate accommodations. Assist students with accommodation-related issues. Perform other Student Services tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place students according to enrollment details and special requests
• Confirm flight and arrival details
• Develop strong relationships with current and future housing providers
• Counsel students regarding incompatibility or complaints
• Ensure quality of homestay program
• Ensure student satisfaction with accommodations
• Develop residential options in response to student feedback
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experienced database manager
• Fluent in Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent relationship builder
• Good communication skills, ideally fluent in a second language
• Dedicated to providing superior customer service
• Able to demonstrate first rate organizational and project management skills
• Able to offer drive, creativity and enthusiasm
