Position: Program Assistant

Overview:
Job Duties:
- Administrative tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Filing/scanning applications, depositing/requesting checks, maintaining participant and alumni database for RBFF and CV Fellowship. Active participation in application screening for CV Fellowship
- Coordinate alumni events for RBFAA, including annual gala and regional events. Supports the RBFAA in outreach efforts to alumni
- Answer program inquiries via phone/ e-mail/ mail
- Communicate with applicants, participants and Cultural Vistas partners
- Communicate with current/potential participants
- Supports implementation of project plans and communicative efforts; attends seminars and conducts outreach sessions for both programs as necessary with guidance
- Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, fellows and alumni
- Supports budget administration and overall timeline tracking
- Assist in marketing and mass mailings
- Assists the Program Officer in German language assessments of the RBFF Fellows.
- Other tasks as assigned

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products. Prior CRM experience a plus.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; International Relations, Business, Education, German and European Studies, or other related degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of previous administrative, customer service, client relations management, or program management experience required. Prior international and/or educational experience strongly preferred.
