Overview:
Project Travel is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to begin in summer 2014. The CSM is responsible for creating better experiences for Project Travel users, community members & clients. This role will support Project Travel users as well as strengthen relationships with academic institutions, third party program providers, and non-profits in educational travel. Project Travel is a team of international educators, entrepreneurs, and tech geeks. In 2013, we launched a public fundraising website for educational travel. We are expanding our team and our technology product this year.
Qualifications:
- Personal experience working, living, teaching, volunteering, or studying outside of the United States
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: study abroad advising, student advising, international student services, institutional relations, or higher education (background in marketing or partnerships a plus!)
- Experience OR demonstrated interest in startups, technology, and innovation a MUST
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media
- The ability to navigate multiple technology environments (e.g. social media, CRM’s, project management tools, presentation tools, etc.)
- Bonus if you’ve ever fundraised for educational travel
