Position: Online Supermarket Staff
Location: Yatsu , Chiba
Salary: ¥200,000 ~ ¥300,000 / Month

Overview:

Yoyo Market is a small but growing company. This means that here, you will be required to do a little of everything. Primarily your job will be to process our many orders. This means everything from purchasing the goods, preparing them for packing and actual packing to preparation of delivery slips and invoices. Other tasks include corresponding with customers, maintaining inventory, stock checking and closing out the day’s paper work.

After you become fully integrated into our team your job could expand to writing the company blog, writing the newsletter, monitoring analytics, deciding online promotion strategy/executing said strategy, deciding on product expansion, and adding new products to our site just to name a few of the myriad of tasks we are looking for a full time employee to cover.

Working Hours: Flexible but typically either 9:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00 Mon-Fri

Location: 7 minutes from Yatsu on the Keisei Line.

Requirements:

• Here are two basic things you’ll need which are a Japanese Driver’s License and a current Japanese working VISA. Applicants without these need not apply.
• We also need someone who is comfortable speaking Japanese (reading and writing skills definitely a bonus), and is a native speaker of English. Beyond that.
• And most importantly, we are looking for someone who is looking for a new career and wants to work with us long term. This is the perfect job for someone who wants to get out of English teaching or similar employment, really wants to stay in Japan and start using their Japanese skills and work at a company where moving up is a distinct possibility.
• We are looking for someone who is fun! We also want someone with passion to help us continue to grow. Really, in fact, this passion is perhaps the most important thing. The other skills we can teach you, but the will to work hard, provide our customers with amazing customer service, and grow along with our company is the biggest thing we are looking for. For a person like this, a higher position with a better salary in the future is a real possibility.
