As a former JET and current professional translator, I have to caution against Gengo a bit. They are run by a bunch of editors with no background in translation and they have a reputation in translation circles for a pretty poor work product.
On the other hand, if you’re strapped for cash and think $0.03 / character is a respectable rate, then by all means!
