Overview:
JTB is an established international travel company with a strong presence in Australia. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best possible travel experience.
We are currently seeking an Online Content Coordinator to join our web team in Sydney CBD Office. The successful candidate will have a great understanding of the online world and be a self starter, motivated, organized and have great interpersonal skills.
Main Duties:
•Content management including entering data to database and setting up the data loading to website
•Write creative copy for websites and online marketing activities
•Coordinate website promotion schedules with relevant internal groups
•Manage SEO and SEM campaigns
•Produce company newsletter (includes formatting, editorial and promotions)
•Report and analyse using Google Analytics and other Google tools, and make recommendations based on information discovered.
Essential Criteria:
•A understanding of website and database management
•Experience with Content Management Systems (i.e. WordPress)
•Knowledge of social media applications such as Facebook and Twitter etc
•Background in online marketing and advertising
•Practical experience of SEO & SEM
•An understanding of HTML and CSS
•Basic photo editing skills
•Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
•Ability to think creatively, communicate issues and develop recommendations
•Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication skills.
Desireble Criteria:
•Knowledge on tourism business
•Knowledge on MSSQL will be an advantage
•Experience in working in multicultural environment.
