Overview
The Sales Representative I under the direction of the Vice President of Sales responsibilities include selling and servicing new accounts; create new ideas to increase sales and perform basic office functions as needed.
REPORTS TO:
Vice President of Sales
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to other duties assigned.
- Achieves corporate objectives by individual product line category within the assigned territory.
- Generates sales revenue to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
- Achieves technical, competitive and sales skill knowledge by attaining objectives set by sales management.
- Makes calls and visits to present the company’s products to clients.
- Develops internal relationships to assist in increasing the client base.
- Develops a referral network with Brokers/T.P.A.’s to assist in increasing the client base.
- Develops existing client relationships to enhance referrals for new sales and services.
- Processes sales contracts in a professional manner and in accordance with CareHere, LLC guidelines.
- Process RFP’s and sales proposals,
- Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
- Utilize any software products that are recommended for sales.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for CareHere Sales team

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate (speak & comprehend) the Japanese dialect.
- BA/BS degree in Business or related field with 2-4 years relevant sales marketing experience or the equivalent
education and experience is required. - Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Business professional dress code when representing CareHere to prospective clients and existing clients.
- Business casual dress when in the CareHere Corporate office.
- Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-task and work under
pressure. - Ability to take/follow directions (i.e. checklists).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to send emails and make phone calls in a professional manner.
- Extensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.
