Responsibilities
This is an hourly role located in Celebration, Florida. Assist Japanese speaking Disney Vacation Club Members with their travel needs via the telephone. Provide recommendations on all suitable options while confirming reservations at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, Walt Disney Resorts and exchange locations throughout the world. Create a magical experience by answering various questions and providing appropriate solutions to Member concerns.
Basic Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written Japanese business language skills
* Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making skills, as well as continuous improvement skills
* Demonstrated typing skills
* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime and third shift
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, and holidays
* A strong desire to assist DVC Members and WDW Guests
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year in hotel, travel, or national exchange company reservation experience
* Proven travel industry experience
* Proven experience in a call center atmosphere
* Proven experience working in a Japanese business environment

Responsibilities
This is an hourly plus commission professional sales position within the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) that actively prospects for sales leads. Disney Vacation Club is a vacation ownership/timeshare product. Our Sales Associates are expected to be proactive as they interact with our guests at Aulani and in Waikiki. Sales Associates will provide general information about Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and are responsible for transitioning into Disney Vacation Club product overviews to schedule time for a DVC sales presentation.

•Ability to speak fluent Japanese

•Ability to be flexible with work location (both the Waikiki area and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Ko Olina)
