Role:
The primary responsibility of the Benefits Administrator/HR Assistant is to Support the HR Sr. Manager to manage Foreign Service Assignment/Shot Service Assignment.Maintain HC list up to date, check transfer applications.
Job Description:
·Provide J-Inpats (HQ/Regions and MFG) with support to their transfer from/to Japan, new hire orientation and necessary support throughout their assignment.
·Provide tax firm/assignees/payroll with information to prepare U.S. & Canadian tax filing, including correspondence with IRS when necessary (US only)
·Maintain eRoom including Pre-relocation, New hire orientation materials and Returnees’ manuals.
·Process salary/allowance applications according to policy and reflect to payroll
·Arrange VC interviews between Foreign Service Assignment candidate and host Function VP/Directors for validation, set up annual interview with current assignees with HR Sr. Manager, and other meetings upon request.
·Create Shopping basket for Purchase order and make payment to suppliers
·Arrange the schedule, and support biz trip etc. for Sr. Manager

MUST SPEAK, READ, WRITE JAPANESE FLUENTLY
Do you have what it takes?
·BA Degree
·Two to Five years in Human Resources / Benefits
·Must speak, read and write fluent Japanese
·Strong analytical and decision-making skills
·Strong organizational skills
·Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
·Thorough computer knowledge such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
