Job Position: Sales Support Representative (Carson, CA)
Job Details:
The duties of the Sales Support Representative involve data entry, logistics, and procurement support. Position provides sales support services and customer support.
Key Responsibility Areas:
– Inputting of daily transactions involving purchasing, receiving, and selling.
– Create sales projections for customers.
– Controls inventory of all merchandise through review and cross-checking of physical inventory and inventory listed in the system.
– Conducts visual inspection of in-coming merchandise for quality control.
– Tracks and files original receiving documents.
– Communicates with customers as needed including taking phone and fax orders.
– Conducts analysis of the relationship of procurement and sales and inventory.
– Conducts data analysis of general sales activity.
– Identify vendor and items according to the needs of our customers.
– Need to go to warehouse next to the office 1-2 times a month
– Need to go to warehouse to pick up some foods, needs driving once a month
Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.
Inventory Day – If the monthly inventory day falls on the weekend, employee will work that day until physical inventory if finished.
Holidays – This position may require working on days that are normally scheduled holidays as necessary or the needs of the customers.
Qualifications:
– Candidate must be fluent in English and Japanese
– Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
– Ideal candidate will have at least one year of purchasing experience preferably in a food related company.
