Job Position: DataSite Project Manager Assistant, Native Japanese Proficiency (St. Paul, MN)
Job Details:
SUMMARY:
Sunday –Thursday, 7:00pm-3:30am
Native Japanese proficiency required
Reports to DataSite Project Management Supervisors. Primary focus is to assist Project Managers to successfully manage a large volume of DataSite Projects through the management of directed tasks.
Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients. Provides superior service, as well as technical and tactical expertise in client driven highly technical environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide customer service to clients via phone and email.
Correlate and assist in the preparation of client materials, scanning documents, etc.
Upload client materials to DataSite project – both hard and soft copy.
Help maintain security scheme and creates user accounts.
Assist other Project Managers and team members in times of need.
Work with Production, IT and other internal departments to facilitate document production and resolve technical issues.
Help to arrange shipping and receiving of client materials.
Perform quality checks of projects and deliverables.
Ensures proper documentation for job tracking, work orders, project notes and billing information is accurate and timely.
Ensures project deliverables for client are accurate, timely, and monitors progress on project deliverables.
Follows all DataSite Best Practices, Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Ability to use computer for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Requires a demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations, and demonstrated ability to achieve results.
Requires ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations, as well as the ability to thoroughly understand and train clients on the components of DataSite systems.
Detail oriented, adaptable and flexible to changing work environment.
Requires ability to work within a team environment and multi task in a time sensitive and deadline driven highly technical environment.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment (including shift/location).
Demonstrated detail orientation and follow-through required.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
