A leading U.S. financial institution is looking for a Government
Affairs Specialist to handle a wide range of duties as a member of a
highly-effective government relations team in Tokyo. This Fortune 500
company has more than $10 billion in annual revenue in Japan.
Responsibilities include researching and writing advocacy materials;
close tracking of and frequent reporting on regulatory and legislative
developments; providing staff support for senior executives; and
project management, including event planning. A close attention to
detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
are all key skills for this position.

Requirements
Graduate degree, preferably in international affairs or related field
3+ years of experience
Native English
Superior English writing ability
Business-level Japanese
Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organizational, communications, and teamwork skills
