Job Position: Sales Learning and Development Program Manager, Display – Sydney, Tokyo or Singapore
Job Details:
You will manage learning programs with a focus training Sales on the Google Display Network and YouTube. You will be responsible for partnering with sales leaders to develop learning solutions that align with business objectives and have measurable, long-term business impact. You should possess strong business acumen, have outstanding communications skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with program and project management, and work experience in a direct sales organization are a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Act as business consultant with Sales leadership and members of the Sales team
• Conduct training needs analysis with the business and create identify learning objectives that will help drive their business across geographies and products. Assess performance gaps and identifying root causes when training is not the best solution
• Design and deliver trainings to sales teams that move the business forward (these include sales skills, product positioning, tools and process training, and functional learning). Manage training metrics and reports key performance indicators to the business
• Collaborate globally and regionally with colleagues and subject-matter experts to execute projects. Facilitating group interactions such as meetings, seminars and workshops
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
• At least 5 years of experience in training and/or Advertising Sales; direct sales experience a plus
• Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high-quality learning solutions a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, an understanding of group and corporate dynamics, integrity and the demonstrated ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations (a sense of humor is a distinct plus)
• Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape
• A keen interest in display advertising
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
