A Japanese Manufacturing Company located in Greenville; SC is currently looking for a full time Japanese-English Bilingual Sales Representative/Warehouse Inventory Keeper to join their team.
In this position, you would be responsible for seeking potential customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones (not through cold calling nor door to door sales, but often through attending trade shows). Other than this, you would also have some warehouse management responsibilities.

The pay range for this position would be around the 50k-55k DOE and skills. Also, this position offers relocation support for the right candidate.
Your essential sales duties would be as follows:
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads, often through trade shows (no cold calling or door-to-door sales required).
• Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and upcoming opportunities.
• Highlight product features to demonstrate how they address customer challenges.
• Respond to inquiries about the products.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and regions.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to foster ongoing relationships.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Attending industry trade shows to generate sales leads and maintain meaningful contact with current customers.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
• Recommend marketing strategies targeting specific regions or demographics.
• Generate and submit sales reports to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by managers.
Warehouse management duties would include:
• Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Understand and adhere to warehouse policies and procedures.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to make sound judgments regarding inventory.

• Strong customer service skills to effectively address customer needs.
• Proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to conduct sales activities in Japanese.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships and network with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in persuasion, to clearly convey product benefits to potential customers.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
• Background in engineering or related knowledge is highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar sales or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
