Talented people for full-time administrative support positions with our Japanese Division are needed to join our passionate team in our Honolulu, HI office. This role would include welcoming and assisting clients visiting Hawaii and providing administrative support to our team in Monrovia, CA.

- Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level), excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong administrative skills and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
- Caring and passionate to help others, strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office 365
