Overview:
- Maintain/update/manage website, Facebook and Twitter, analyze their traffics and plan further strategies to make them more attractive for US target companies.
- Plan/coordinate/conduct/implement events and projects to promote Japanese products, especially Food and Cleantech related products, to US market.
- Establish/maintain well-communication with US buyers in certain area.
- Design/Coordinate a wide variety of public relation materials of JETRO, including handouts, brochures, etc.
- Proofread a wide variety of English documents, including contents on JETRO’s website, brochures, articles on JETRO’s newsletter, etc.
- Other assistance to Director as requested
Qualifications:
- Native level of English skills essential, business level of Japanese skills desirable.
- Background/Knowledge of SEM, PPC and social media marketing essential.
- Experience/Knowledge of Event Coordination desirable.
- Experience/Knowledge of Data Analysis desirable.
- Competency in HTML, Adobe Suite Software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Interest in trade with Japan, business, economic political trends
