Position: Sales and Travel Administrator

Salary: Negotiable based on experience; JPY 2.2 – 3.2 million.
Overview:
This job entails a variety of responsibilities, including planning itineraries for international visitors to Japan and for Japanese and expats traveling abroad; handling communication & mailings, translation both written and oral, assisting visitors during their stay in Japan, and more.
Requirements:
- Excellent Japanese language skills a must. Candidates from native-English-speaking countries (Canada, US, UK, Australia, NZ) preferred. Sponsorship possible.
- Knowledge of the following programs & platforms: Excel, Word, MailChimp, SNS (Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, etc.)
- Experience in travel planning, sales, and hospitality a plus.
- Certificates: travel agent, guide, translator will have a strong advantage.
