I am looking for someone within the Chicago area who speaks Japanese and who can watch 48 episodes of a Japanese cartoon series, and write a brief 1-2 paragraph synopsis of each episode in English. Each episode is roughly 20 minutes. Aside from above, there is also a pilot episode I would need a complete translation made of. I would supply the DVDs, which are region 3 (playable on some computers). I need this done as cheaply as possible, so I will take bids on this job. I would need this all completed by sometime in January at latest. Great gig for student or retired person, especially if you like old cartoons. Please email me for more info.

Hello from Seattle! I intended to write from each of the cities during my travels, but somehow my busy schedule got the best of me. I am now at the last stop on our tour of the States before returning home to NYC this weekend.
The last time I checked in I was in DC for the election, and after a brief stop in Kalamazoo, Michigan we made our way to Obama’s stomping grounds of Chicago. Adren Hart has started a new Google Group for JET alumni (and Friends of JET) who are interested in or have any connection to music, musical events, etc. The group is called JETAA Ongaku Connection and it’s goal is to help connect JET alums who are interested in going to music events, following Japanese bands, playing music and anything esle having to do with music. A great way to stay connected with the JET alumni network.
