Queen & Co. is growing its translation and editorial team with a full-time Language Specialist role focused on the craft itself: producing and peer-reviewing high-quality Japanese–English translation for enterprise clients across IR, sustainability, and institutional communications. This is a written-language role at its core: your work is translation and structured review against our QA framework, building long-term terminology and tone consistency across established accounts, with a senior team behind you and no bureaucracy between you and the work.
We’re open to both experienced translators and strong early-career linguists looking to grow. Tokyo or remote within Japan preferred; visa sponsorship available for the right person.
