Description: 🚨 Job Opportunity: Retail Staff at Expo 2025 – Country Pavilion in Osaka! 🌍
About the Role: Join the team at the world’s biggest event, Expo 2025 in Osaka, as Retail Staff at the Country Pavilion! Be a part of creating exceptional experiences for visitors from around the globe.
What You’ll Do:
🛍️ Sales & Customer Service: Help visitors find what they need, recommend products, and ensure they have an outstanding shopping experience.
💳 Payment Handling: Manage transactions securely, process refunds/exchanges, and assist with promotions.
📦 Stock Management: Restock shelves, maintain store organization, and assist with inventory audits.
🧹 Store Presentation: Keep the store clean and organized, set up displays, and promote key products.
📚 Knowledge Building: Stay informed on store products and Expo themes to provide insightful customer service.
Requirements:
✅ Friendly, customer-first attitude
✅ Comfortable with technology & POS systems (training provided)
✅ Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential
✅ Strong communication and time-management skills
✅ Basic numeracy for transactions and stock counts

📅 Dates: April 13th – October 13th, 2025
⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Flexible hours, including weekends & holidays)
📍 Location: Expo 2025, Osaka, Japan
