The Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations is currently seeking a new Secretary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General Secretarial Work, such as making appointments and managing schedules for senior officers, drafting correspondences (including Japanese- English translation), coordinating logistics/protocol for official functions, preparing official mailings, etc.

Requirements:
(1) Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
(2) Japanese reading and writing skills, Excellent English written and verbal communications skills required.
(3) Applicant must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
