DUTIES:
- Responsible for creating, modifying and implementing company’s HR policies and regulations.
- Responsible for international employee relation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HR degree or certifications
- fluent in English, business level Japanese, business experience in Japan or with Japanese company, more than 5 years of experience in the field
- familiarity with federal and state (VA) Regulations is a MUST.
