Candidate must possess:

* Communication skills with English speaking vendors and Japanese speaking customers:
* 4+ years experience in basic schematic design by AutoCAD or hand-writing
* 3+ years experience in writing specifications
* Experience working with outside design consultant, giving specific direction
* Ability to inspect construction progress and ensure what needs to be done
* Architect License a plus, but not necessary
* MS Word, Excel
* Some translation skills from English to Japanese and Japanese to English
* Bachelor+ Degree or equivalent work experience

Regular hours: 8:30-5:00; overtime required depending on the project.

Business travel will be required for some projects.
