The U.S.-Japan Council (USJC) is seeking an intern. This position will be remote and available for candidates residing in the United States. The intern will provide support for the U.S. team on a part-time or full-time basis.
This is an excellent internship for those hoping to gain experience working in the U.S.-Japan relations arena. The projects may include member relations, fundraising/donor relations, in-person / virtual program planning and delivery, and digital and strategic marketing initiatives in a non-profit setting. USJC’s internship program offers outstanding opportunities for college students, graduate students and graduates who are interested in broadening networks in U.S.-Japan relations.
We seek a candidate who is comfortable working with and analyzing data as well as writing/editing in English. Duties may be tailored to the intern’s interests. The interested applicant may choose the areas of interest from the following areas: Communications: Responsibilities include supporting the Communication Team by assisting with the team’s newsletters, event announcements, social media, and other promotional materials.
