· Coordinate the administrative enrollment processes for international programs/experience, including the study abroad scholarship competition.
· Assist the Education Abroad Administrative Director with statistical reporting and supporting risk management systems such as the travel registry and international insurance enrollment.
· Screen correspondences on the general study abroad email account.
· Support the University Committee on Study Abroad.
· Assist Study Abroad Advisor and Program Coordinator with events and presentations.
· Support the communication, marketing and social media efforts to increase enrollments in international programs.

There is a six-month internship period with conditions similar to the JET Programme in which candidates assist with lesson prep and get used to the school.
From April 2016, the teachers will be employed on renewable one-year contracts and will run their own classes teaching basic Science in English to 2nd year middle school students. Classes are capped at 27 students, classrooms are equipped with TVs/Apple TVs and teachers and students have iPads as well as brand new science classrooms.
Application Process: Experience teaching English and of the Japanese school system will be required so we consider JETs to be perfect candidates.
