An alumni recruiter is responsible for scheduling an information session with a school through a contact person (professor, Japanese Club, career service…etc.), carrying out the session, and sending a visit report to the JET Program Office. - Program Development:

- Grant/Contract Management: (i) Comply with applicable contract and sponsor requirements, OMB Circulars, FAR if applicable, and follow all IIE policies and procedures (ii) Raise potential compliance issues; serve as a compliance resource for program teams (iii) Work with Grants & Contracts and Legal teams to review vendor and sub-recipient agreements and amendments (iv) Ensure that all awards and deliverables are in IIE’s award management system
- Training: (i) Provide guidance to program staff on coding, IIE’s financial policies and procedures, how to use IIE’s financial systems (Concur, PeopleSoft) and explain best practices (ii) Document and assist with development of financial processes and workflows for the program team (iii) Participate in IIE-wide initiatives and provide feedback to working groups as needed.
