CACI is seeking a Business and Organizational Leadership Coach to support efforts in Yokosuka and Sasebo, Japan. You will coach, mentor, train, and support leaders, managers at US Navy Ship Repair Facility and Joint Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), in Yokosuka and Sasebo, Japan.

Partner with US Civil Service, US Military and Japanese national stakeholders to apply principles of organizational leadership, to develop people, transform culture, improve performance, and achieve results through individual, group, team, and/or other coaching-based modalities. Will work individually and as part of a team. May work in an active industrial environment outdoors, indoors, or in a field office environment. Will be based in the United States with regularly scheduled travel to Japan. 

Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance. Must have some sort of coaching certification.

Currently, we have two positions in the South East that may be of interest to recently returned JETS.

  1. Inside sales representative in Atlanta, GA: This position pays $18 per hour, is non-exempt (meaning overtime pay), and has a small relocation package of $500. Japanese language ability is a plus, but not at all required.
  2. Translator in southern TN: This position is salaried, starting at $37,000. A $2,000 signing bonus plus relocation package is available. Advanced Japanese level is required, bur experience is desired. (This position may also be good for any previous JET looking for a career change!)
