Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in managing global B2B accounts.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export business.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a skilled negotiator.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Engage in proactive cold calling, lead generation, and lead follow-up.
- Craft solution-based proposals to address diverse transportation needs.
- Consult with existing clients to optimize their shipping and logistics strategies.
- Cultivate relationships and secure new clients, especially those unfamiliar with Yamato’s services.
- Conduct on-site consultations and presentations at clients’ businesses.
Salary Structure :
Negotiable between Fixed Salary or Base + Commission.
Commission Schedule :
1st year – 15% for new account, 10% for new business for existing account.
2nd year – 10% for new account, 5% for new business for existing account.
Will be house account from 3rd year.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Benefits: 401(k) matching
Shift: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
