The State of Georgia is currently hiring for the next Managing Director of its Tokyo office. Operating for over 50 years, the State of Georgia’s Japan office is one of the two longest-serving international offices for Georgia in the world. The Managing Director will serve as the lead point of contact and represent the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) for the purposes of investment lead generation and trade. In this capacity, the individual will lead all FDI lead generation strategies, manage and expand existing industry relationships, oversee Trade services, host and execute high-level delegation from Georgia, liaise back with the Atlanta-based staff, and manage office personnel and operations.
