A famous Japanese Manufacturing company is looking to add an on-site, temporary interpreter to their Canton, Mississippi to start working on April 2024. The contract period is for 1 year and it is renewable.
Japanese- English experienced candidates are of course encouraged to apply, but even candidates with no experience in interpreting, but with an N2 JLPT level Japanese or higher are encouraged to apply for this position. Candidates who have N2 level Japanese or higher and are looking for an opportunity to get into the translating/interpreting business, this could be the starting point to your new career.
Please consider the following requirements when applying for this position.
- English and Japanese native or business fluency required (for Japanese, JLPT lvl2 or higher)
- For inexperienced candidates, the desire to get into and make a career in the interpreting/translating business.
- Prior interpreting in the automotive/manufacturing sector preferred, but not required.
